Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and other interactive entertainment products available through the kt88 Platform.
• "Bangladesh Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other locally supported deposit and withdrawal channels available to kt88 Players in Bangladesh.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which kt88 Accounts are denominated for Bangladesh Players.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, directive, or guideline applicable to the Player's use of the kt88 Platform in the jurisdiction from which they access it.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kt88 Platform, creating an Account, or using any kt88 Service — whether or not you complete the registration process — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kt88 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the kt88 Platform and must not attempt to create or access an Account.

kt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 3

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the kt88 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a kt88 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your chosen Bangladesh Payment Method. You warrant that all information provided at registration is true and correct.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may register and maintain only one active Account on kt88. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. kt88 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate Account registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified:

• All duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any Bonus Funds across all duplicate Accounts will be forfeited in full.
• Real-money Balances may be withheld pending an investigation into potential abuse, fraud, or bonus misuse.
• The Player may be permanently excluded from re-registering on kt88.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kt88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

The kt88 Platform is offered to Players accessing from Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the kt88 Platform complies with all Applicable Laws in their jurisdiction. kt88 does not represent that the Services are legally permissible in any specific jurisdiction outside of the intended market.

Section 4

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kt88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kt88 will never request your password through any channel — including email, live chat, or SMS. Any request purporting to come from kt88 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to kt88 Support immediately.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify kt88 Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. kt88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you delayed notifying kt88 of a known or suspected breach.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If any registered information changes — including your mobile number, residential address, or linked Bangladesh Payment Method details — you must update your Account profile promptly. kt88 accepts no liability for failed communications or payment processing delays caused by outdated Account information.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. kt88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance. Players will be notified by SMS or email before dormancy fees commence. The Account will not be closed solely on account of dormancy, and Players may reactivate their Account by logging in at any time.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

kt88 currently supports the following Bangladesh Payment Methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options may be available for higher-value transactions. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the kt88 Deposits and Withdrawals page within your Account.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits. Deposits credited to your kt88 Account are available for use in betting and gaming immediately upon settlement. The typical deposit settlement time via Bangladesh mobile wallets is under 60 seconds, subject to the availability of the relevant payment provider's network.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account details used for the most recent deposit. kt88 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for withdrawals to Bangladesh mobile wallets. Actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule. kt88 applies no platform-side withdrawal fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

kt88 may require identity verification before approving the first withdrawal from any Account. This requirement exists to protect Players against unauthorised withdrawal attempts and to fulfil kt88's fraud prevention obligations. Requests for verification documents must be fulfilled within 72 hours; failure to do so will place the withdrawal request on hold until verification is complete.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing the required wagering will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Balance. Only the real-money portion of the Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be released for withdrawal in such cases.

5.6 Third-Party Payments

kt88 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the kt88 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

kt88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), and expiry date.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the standard Wagering Requirement for all kt88 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds are always used before Bonus Funds when a bet is placed.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kt88 actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational betting intent, hedging bonus bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a return, using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and coordinated bonus claiming with other Players. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, kt88 reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds, cancel outstanding bets, and close the relevant Account.

6.4 Promotion Amendments and Withdrawal

kt88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is amended or withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, kt88 will honour the bonus at the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to any overriding legal or compliance obligation.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game and Market Rules

Specific rules governing individual betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games are set out in the rules documentation accessible within each game or market on the kt88 Platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game or market rules will take precedence for that game or market only.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All sports betting markets on kt88 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the ICC, BCB, and BPL governing authority for cricket markets. Live in-play bets are settled on the basis of the final verified score at the conclusion of the relevant event. Bets placed after an event has commenced are subject to kt88's in-play acceptance policies, which may limit bet size or suspend markets during certain in-play periods.

7.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of an obvious error in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, kt88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to Players' Accounts. kt88 will not be liable to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or to pay out game outcomes arising from a demonstrated technical malfunction, whether or not the Player was aware of the error at the time of placing the bet.

7.4 Responsible Use of kt88 Games

Players acknowledge that all casino games on kt88 — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — involve an element of chance. No strategy, system, or pattern of play guarantees a winning outcome. kt88 games sourced from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi use independently verified random number generators and are subject to fair play certification.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

kt88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Bangladesh Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered Account holder at no cost and with no restriction on their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending. Limit increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session. Once the threshold is reached, the session will be closed automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login to the Account is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from kt88. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the exclusion period has elapsed. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will not be reversed.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kt88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially dishonest purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kt88 Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other game where collusion could affect the outcome to the detriment of other participants.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity abuse in connection with bets placed on kt88.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or Account closure applied to your Account.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kt88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the kt88 Platform — including but not limited to the kt88 name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kt88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, or commercially exploit any kt88 intellectual property.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to kt88 for display on the Platform. Players have no rights to that content beyond the right to access and play the relevant games through their registered kt88 Account.

Section 11

Privacy and Data

kt88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the kt88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and kt88. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing described therein. The Privacy Policy explains what data kt88 collects, the legal basis for collection and processing, how data is stored, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

kt88 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the kt88 Platform. kt88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent. Data shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is limited to the information required to complete the relevant transaction and is governed by the respective payment provider's own privacy terms.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, kt88's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kt88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. This limitation applies regardless of whether kt88 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

kt88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the Platform at their own risk, subject to the protections set out in these Terms.

Section 13

Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by kt88

kt88 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kt88 reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; attempted money laundering; identity verification failure; or any other conduct that kt88 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

13.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your kt88 Account at any time by contacting kt88 Support via live chat. Before Account closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. Real-money Balances remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to you via your registered Bangladesh Payment Method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.3 Termination for Breach

Where kt88 terminates an Account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraudulent activity, Prohibited Conduct, or identity fraud — kt88 reserves the right to withhold any Balance in the Account pending full investigation. Balances confirmed as being derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. kt88 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of serious breaches.

Section 14

Amendments to Terms

kt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, kt88 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your Account before the amended terms take effect.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or changes required for legal compliance — kt88 may update the Terms with immediate effect and without advance notice. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the kt88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce services. In the event of any dispute arising between you and kt88 in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. kt88 Support is available 24/7 via live chat to assist with resolving Account-related disputes informally and promptly.
